Contact Data: Your name, surname, phone number, and message content, which you voluntarily share when you contact our company through the WhatsApp links on our site.
Cookie (Analytics) Data: Only if you give your explicit consent through the cookie consent banner, online identifier information collected via Google Analytics (device/browser information, approximate location, and on-site navigation and interaction data). 3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Carrying out information security processes and ensuring system security against cyberattacks,
Providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations as required by law,
Following up on requests and complaints, and carrying out commercial communication activities,
If you give your consent, analysing website usage, measuring visitor statistics, and improving user experience.
4. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected automatically through our server infrastructure when you access our website, and manually when you contact us using the WhatsApp buttons. This data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
“Being explicitly provided for by law,”
“Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation,”
“Necessary for the data controller’s legitimate interests, provided this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
Your cookie (analytics) data, on the other hand, is processed only based on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK, and you may withdraw this consent at any time through the cookie preferences tools available on our Cookie Policy page.
5. To Whom and For What Purpose Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
As a rule, your personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. In connection with legal disputes or obligations arising from legislation, and upon request, it may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations (e.g. the ICTA, judicial authorities) and to our domestic suppliers providing technical infrastructure and server hosting support.
If you consent to analytics cookies, the data obtained in this context is shared with our service provider Google LLC (Google Analytics), and as a result your personal data may be transferred abroad (to the European Union and/or the United States) under Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad; request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; request that the correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; object to the emergence of a result against you by analysing your processed data exclusively through automated systems; and request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
